REFUND POLICY
Last updated: 07 Aug 2025
At MAGIQUE, we take great care in curating exclusive, high-quality events for our guests. Due to the intimate and private nature of our experiences, we have specific policies regarding refunds and cancellations. Please read the following carefully before purchasing tickets.
1. All Sales Are Final
All ticket sales, RSVP deposits, or payments made to attend MAGIQUE events are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the unlikely event that the organisers cancel or reschedule the event.
2. Guest Cancellation / No-Show
If you are unable to attend after confirming your place:
-
We are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances.
-
Spaces at our events are extremely limited and curated, so missed attendance may affect future invitations.
-
We do not allow resale or transfer of your ticket to another person unless explicitly approved by us, in writing.
3. Event Cancellation by MAGIQUE
In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule an event, we will:
-
Offer a full refund, or
-
Provide the option to transfer your ticket to a future date
You will be contacted via the email address provided at registration.
4. Behaviour & Access Revocation
MAGIQUE reserves the right to revoke access to any event at any time due to:
-
Breach of our Terms & Conditions
-
Behaviour that compromises the safety, comfort, or consent of others
-
False representation or violation of community standards
In these instances, refunds will not be issued.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
While we appreciate that unexpected things happen, MAGIQUE does not provide refunds due to:
-
Illness, injury, or travel disruption
-
Change of mind
-
Failure to meet entry requirements (e.g. age, dress code, respectful conduct)
All event guests are advised to ensure their availability and suitability before committing to attend.
